Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your TEMPOINK account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused products in their original packaging, ensuring all protective seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Apply Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
